yesvip Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the yesvip online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at yesvip.app and any related subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you enter into a binding legal agreement with yesvip and agree to comply fully with these Terms.

yesvip reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and yesvip.

To be eligible to register and use the yesvip platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporate entity;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with yesvip or any affiliated platform;
• You have not previously had a yesvip account closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, or affiliate of yesvip, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not using the Platform in connection with any form of commercial gambling operation or arbitrage strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.

yesvip reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification and may result in permanent closure.

If yesvip discovers at any point that a player registered or used the Platform in violation of the eligibility requirements set out in this section, yesvip reserves the right to void all bets placed, close the account immediately, and return deposits to the payment method originally used — minus any withdrawal amounts already processed.

To access the full range of services offered by yesvip — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and live betting — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 above.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change. yesvip is not responsible for any failure of service delivery resulting from inaccurate or out-of-date contact information provided by you.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account on the yesvip platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. yesvip uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate account activity. If duplicate accounts are detected, yesvip reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yesvip login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. yesvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

yesvip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme and may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Documents required may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. yesvip processes all KYC documents securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

yesvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or the equivalent cryptocurrency value at the time of transaction.

Deposits

Deposits are typically credited to your yesvip account instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation, depending on the payment method used. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. yesvip does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which yesvip accepts no responsibility.

Only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from payment sources registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. yesvip reserves the right to return funds to their source if there is any reason to believe that the payment originated from an account not owned by the registered player.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to full KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("return-to-source" policy). If the original deposit method is no longer available, yesvip's payments team will work with you to identify a suitable alternative, subject to identity verification.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 5–30 minutes during business hours (BST, UTC+6); up to 4 hours at peak periods.
• USDT / Bitcoin: Typically within 15–60 minutes, subject to blockchain network confirmation times.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Currency & Conversion

All account balances are displayed and maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are converted from BDT at the prevailing rate at the time the withdrawal is processed. yesvip is not liable for any fluctuation in cryptocurrency exchange rates between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

yesvip offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the relevant offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be fully wagered before any resulting winnings can be transferred to your real-money balance and withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are published within each bonus offer's specific terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered before the stated expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• yesvip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of any change will not be retroactively disadvantaged if they are in the process of meeting wagering requirements.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for yesvip's welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. Full terms, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates are published on the promotions page and are subject to change. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

Abuse of Bonuses

Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, using low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements while minimising exposure — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

All casino games available on yesvip use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been tested and verified by independent technical auditors. This ensures that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including yesvip itself.

Sports betting markets are offered on the basis of odds compiled by yesvip's trading team using publicly available information and market data. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the start of the relevant event. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, odds are locked at the accepted level. yesvip reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error or at clearly incorrect odds.

Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or sports bet, yesvip's systems log the state of all games at the point of disconnection. Wherever technically feasible, games will resume from the last logged state upon reconnection. In cases where resumption is not possible, bets will be settled according to the state of play at the point of disconnection as recorded by yesvip's servers. yesvip's server log shall be the definitive record in any dispute regarding game outcomes.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that results in an incorrect game outcome, yesvip reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's balance. Malfunction voids play. yesvip is not liable for any consequential losses arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

Players who identify and exploit a technical malfunction for financial gain will have affected winnings voided and their account reviewed for possible closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yesvip platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle;
• Money laundering: Using the yesvip platform in any way that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, financial fraud, or the concealment of funds derived from criminal activity;
• Underage gambling: Registering or using the platform while under the age of 18, or knowingly allowing a minor to access your account;
• Collusion: Working in concert with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer games, poker, or any other multi-player environment;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, software tools, or any form of automated system to place bets, exploit promotional offers, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner;
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or odds errors for financial gain;
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with a payment provider for any deposit already wagered on the platform;
• Abuse of staff: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward yesvip support staff or other platform users;
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account in violation of the single-account policy set out in Section 3.

yesvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise prohibited activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• Prolonged inactivity (an account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 months of continuous inactivity. yesvip will notify the registered email address at least 30 days before any dormancy-related action is taken. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 may be applied to dormant accounts where a balance exists, up to the value of the remaining balance. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your yesvip account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. If your account has a positive balance at the time of closure, a final withdrawal will be processed to your most recently used payment method subject to standard KYC requirements. Requests citing problem gambling concerns are treated as responsible gaming self-exclusion requests and are processed with the highest priority.

All content on the yesvip platform — including but not limited to the yesvip brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, written content, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of yesvip or is used under licence from the relevant rights holders (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the yesvip platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify or create derivative works from Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use any automated data extraction, scraping, or mirroring tools on the Platform;
• Use the yesvip brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of yesvip intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action for infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yesvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

yesvip makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. yesvip will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

In any event where yesvip is found to be liable under these Terms, the maximum aggregate liability of yesvip to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yesvip is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all registered players. The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering an account on yesvip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, during KYC verification, during payment transactions, and during your general use of the Platform (such as game history, login records, and device information).

yesvip does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law. All third-party data processors engaged by yesvip are bound by appropriate data protection agreements.

yesvip retains player data for a minimum of five years following account closure, in accordance with standard financial services record-keeping obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations) by contacting [email protected].

yesvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The notification will state the effective date of the updated Terms.

Minor or non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the yesvip platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

We encourage all players to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. The current version of these Terms is always the version that applies to your use of the Platform.
